1. Avoid compromises

Once we take on a project, we deliver with courage and conviction a result we can all be proud of.

2. Be humble

We each have something to gain by working together in an open and transparent way. There’s no point pretending either of us knows everything.

3. It is not about technology

None of our clients are computers and none of their customers are either so we think, speak and act like human beings.

4. Value our neurons

We know we’re worth the fees we charge. Buy digital services as if your business depended on it… because it does!

5. Make a difference

Every job we do should create a change that’s good for people, the planet or both.

6. Keep perspective

There’s more to life than websites, and there’s more to Noosa than beaches. We moved here for good reason. We have a stake in the area’s sustainable economy.

She was an IA, UXD, Usability Specialist for Razorfish UK and has been working with digital agencies since 1997 - London, Melbourne and now the Sunshine Coast.

Matt Lawton

Matt is a graduate of Melbourne Business School and has worked in digital agencies in Sydney, Melbourne and London during his 15 year marketing career. In that time, he has managed major projects for Coca-Cola, Telstra, Qantas, Australia Post and Myer.

2008, Matt returned to Australia after three years in the UK as MD of an agency group with a killer digital pedigree. He has a passion for social media and now splits his time between Noosa and LA where he consults for another digital agency.
