Don’t think we should have commenting on for our case studies.
    We should have , for
and maybe some tags to show what we’ve done for them?

Huge thanks for your remarkable efforts in fulfilling our considerable ambitions online guys. You've done an astonishing job and I am very proud of the final result. There really is no other site like it and we've already started to see results.

That's good of you Warren – thanks. It would be helpful to know what aspects of our service could be improved as we grow. If you get chance, please reply here with your view on where the gaps are, so we can begin to address them.

E-commerce Integration

For: Embiggen Books

This iconic bookstore on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast is one of very few in Australia that specialise in non-fiction. As a new-comer to the  market, Embiggen wanted a leading-edge transactional website to drive national and international business.

The technical challenge was to develop a solution that updated the inventory automatically via the point of sale (eBility). PunkLogic researched and specified the ecommerce platform, Magento to handle the 16000 products on sale. In collaboration with Mach  Technology we produced the middleware for the integration.

Finally, we  helped source and engage a specialist web hosting consultant to optimise the site for speed and performance. Jackson oversaw the project and recalls what he liked about using  Magento: “The search feature is solid out of the box with the ability to define synonyms and search redirects. The single page checkout is sweet and the overall user experience is very good.”

The first 26 sales generated $1468 and an average value per site visit  of $0.38.

Embiggen are on track for a positive return on investment within their first year of trading.
